Hey There
This formal dinner dance – known in military parlance as “Dining Out” – is an occasion to honor our region’s young men and women who have chosen to serve our country as officers and leaders. It is a highly successful and festive event with approximately 350 guests in attendance each year. Cadets and midshipmen shine in their formal dress uniforms and relax for an evening of special toasts, dinner, dancing and our highlight – The Grog.
Each year we strive to keep invitation costs within reason for our young people and their families. We rely on corporate and private donations in addition to the support of our parents’ clubs.
By helping in our fundraising efforts, you or your business will be supporting these exceptional young men and women – “The Best of the Best.” Please support this patriotic event and take pride knowing that your sponsorship will make a difference for this year and those to come.
Dear Friend of the Delaware Valley All-Service Academies’ Ball Organization:
The 33rd annual Delaware Valley All-Service Academies’ Ball will be held at the Union League in Philadelphia on Sunday, December 29, 2024. The event honors a local Veteran and our region’s young men and women who have chosen to serve our country as Cadets and Midshipmen of the U.S. Service Academies and future U.S. military officers and leaders of our country. This annual tradition is possible due to the generous support of corporate and private donations in addition to the support of our local Service Academies Parents’ Associations.
All United States Military Service Academies will be represented:
U.S. Air Force Academy
U.S. Military Academy at West Point
U.S. Naval Academy
U.S. Coast Guard Academy
U.S. Merchant Marine Academy
Cadets, Midshipmen, guests, family members, and dignitaries attend this prestigious festive event. Average yearly attendance typically exceeds 300 guests.
We would be grateful for your support to minimize the cost for our future military leaders to attend this event. Please support this patriotic event and take pride knowing that your sponsorship will make a difference. The enclosed documents provide overviews of sponsorship levels, benefits of sponsorship, and instructions on where to send donations. For your convenience, sponsorships may be submitted and paid online.
Thank you for your support of the next generation of America’s leaders!
Sincerely,
